Ohio Pipe Insulation Requirements.
Outline: Describe the intent and application for pipe insulation in the 2012 IECC and 2017 OHIO Mechanical, Plumbing, Residential and Building codes. Course will review pipe insulation for Commercial & Residential requirements for Hot/cold water, refrigeration and low-temperature piping and HVAC applications.
The information presented will allow for the application of these code requirements to design, plan review, and/or inspection. Participants will be able to apply key code sections to aid in administration and enforcement while performing their jobs.
