OBOA currently uses GoTo Meeting to host its virtual and hybrid meetings for board, committee, and education-related sessions. Access to the GoTo Meeting platform is managed by OBOA leadership and should not be shared or published outside of authorized OBOA materials.

How to Book a Meeting
- Go to https://www.goto.com/meeting.
- Click Sign in and log in with the OBOA GoTo account information.
- Click My meetings, then choose an existing room or create a new room so you have a meeting link.
- Copy the meeting link (URL) for your room.
- In ClubExpress, go to Events → Event Calendar and make sure no other GoTo meeting is scheduled on your date and time.
- Click Add QuickEvent and fill in the basic event information (title, date, start/end time).
- Paste the GoToMeeting link into the online meeting/videoconference field, then save the event.
