Along with the required ICC Annual Report, the Chapter Rewards Program is a voluntary program that rewards active chapters by allowing them to earn points for activities accomplished during the previous year.
Chapter Rewards include:
- 50% off Chapter Education Benefit day(s) OR complimentary ICC online live training day(s), chosen from the ICC Chapter Education Benefit catalog (Subject to availability). (60 points each)
- Complimentary registration(s) to the ICC Annual Conference. May be used by any chapter member. (30 points each)
- Complimentary registration(s) to the next ICC Chapter Leadership Academy. May be used by any chapter member. (30 points each)
- $50 Rebate(s) for the purchase of ICC products or services. Rebates shall be applied towards an invoice equal to or greater than the value of the rebate. No cash/credit given. Maximum 200 points or $1,000. (20 points each)
The following information is provided based on information available on May 3, 2026.
Annual Report (Part 1)
To complete your annual report:
- Log in to MyICC
Click on Chapter in the left-hand menu bar
- Click Manage Chapter under your chapter
- Click Annual Report in the top menu bar
- Click the Add Annual Report button on the right side of the screen under the Chapter Annual Report Information heading.
- Fill in all applicable fields. Note: You will need basic chapter information, including your chapter name, geographic coverage area, and meeting dates (or a link to your calendars), and the email addresses of each of your chapter officers and the education committee chair.
- Click “SUBMIT PART 1 ONLY” or click “CONTINUE TO PART 2”
After submission of Part 1, your chapter qualifies for:
- One complimentary day of ICC training, and
- One complimentary registration for a chapter leader to either the Chapter Leadership Academy (with travel/lodging reimbursement) or the ICC Annual Conference (registration only)
Chapter Rewards (Part 2)
- Complete the Chapter Rewards Program form with your chapter’s 2025 activities. Note: You do not need to select the number of redemptions at the bottom of the form.
- Click “FINISH”
- Print and email the completed form to the ICC Committee chair.
All chapter benefits expire at the end of the calendar year. For details on redeeming benefits and rewards, visit ICC’s info page.
