The Annual Joint Conference is an educational and networking conference for attendees. Attendees consist of Building Officials, Plan Examiners, Inspectors and Design Professionals. However, many others connected with the building industry also attend, including contractors, building systems retailers and fire safety officials. OBOA/ODPCA will be offering a wide range of sponsorship and vendor opportunities – see below. As a non-profit organization, the sponsorships help our program remain successful.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Platinum: $ 5,000
Includes: a full page ad in conference program (this program is used frequently for events and education information) with acknowledgement of your company on the front page;
Acknowledgement at the main banquet; free standing signage throughout the complex (3 or 4) and at check in; lodging and conference lunches and dinners for 2 attendees for 2 nights (one room) at the conference are included.

Gold: $2,500
Includes: A full page ad in conference program; free standing signage at check in; Acknowledgment at the main banquet; and dinners, lunches and lodging for 1 nights
(one room) at the conference are included.

Silver: $1,500
Includes: A full page ad in conference program and lunch and banquet dinner at conference.

Lunch Sponsors: $1,500 (2 Available)
Includes: a 30”x 6’ banner at luncheon and a half page ad in conference program.

Break Sponsors: $1,000 (4 Available)
Includes a sign at each end of the break area.

Vendor Display Tables: $1,500  Spaces will be assigned
Vendor display tables are centrally located to the entrances for the main banquet, lunches, and education for maximum foot traffic. Includes a half page ad in conference packet. 30”x6’ table and electrical will be provided. 1 attendee for entire conference, including lunches, dinners, and beverage program.
